Cooper is an owner relinquishment. He is 8 to 10 years old. Good with other dogs. He does have a grade 4 heart murmur which means he will most likely end up on medication. He deserves to be in a loving home not in a rescue. Please open your heart and love him for as long as he has. Could be years yet. You must live within an hour of the rescue to adopt.
